On the heels of opening the restaurant at Cowley Manor last year, dear friend of Experimental and beloved chef Jackson Boxer takes the helm of Henri, completely reinventing the menu.
Henri is Covent Garden’s newest restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner served inside or on our sun-drenched terrace. Jackson’s dishes are a tribute to the incredible talent of the French capital, a whimsical interpretation of his favourite Parisian dishes from a delicate Carrot Râpée with Black Olive & Sesame to an incredible Roast Duck with Blood Orange and Green Olive.

A new chapter is beginning at Henrietta Experimental, with renowned British chef Jackson Boxer at the helm. The restaurant has been redesigned by Dorothée Meilichzon and Jackson’s menu is his interpretation of celebrated Parisian bistros.

WHAT'S ON
Henri introduces Snack Packs, a nod to our favourite bites with a touch of decadence, served at a price that’s easy on the bank account. A veritable return of the snack, served every day, at any time. The first dish – Fries on the Prize – sees our beloved Duck Fat Fries served with homemade mayo and 15g of N25 Caviar and a martini for £28, or two for £30. As for something sweet, Come to Baba (£14) is an Athema Armagnac Baba topped with Chantilly for two. Embracing French tradition with a twist, we’re swapping out rum for our favourite new Armagnac.
Winter is coming, and Henri’s Raclette is back. It’s a taste of the mountains, right in the heart of London, a cosy escape to Covent Garden. A nod to Alpine dreams of bubbling plates of cheese, charcuterie and warm potatoes, all washed down with a cocktail. A pause to embrace winter’s best pleasures, visions of blue skies and gentle snowfall, even if a figment of your imagination.
La Grande Raclette is available every Saturday and Sunday, 12pm to 2.30pm, from November 1st. Come hungry, leave happy.

Escape to Bordeaux, the jewel of French wine, where opulence and heritage tell a story dating back thousands of years. Explore this iconic region, from Médoc and Libournais, to the banks of the Garonne and Dordogne, and across to Sauternes.
This week-long tribute to these legendary wines is served alongside paired dishes like delicate oysters and rich lamb belly croquettes. Join us at Henri from Monday 27th October – Sunday 2nd November.

Henri is situated on the ground floor of Henrietta Experimental, the first London-based hotel of Experimental. The hotel is located in the heart of Covent Garden, just steps away from Covent Garden Market.
